WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTION

Consumers have a right of withdrawal for fourteen days.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without being required to state reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day when you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, physically takes or took possession of the last item of an order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wilhelm Kaufmann & Sohn KG, 63165 Mühlheim am Main, Germany, sales@kaufmann.de, Phone: +49(0)6108/6006800, Fax: +49(0)6108/6006300) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the enclosed template form, though you are not obliged to do so. In order to comply with the deadline for withdrawal, you only need to send the notice on exercising the right of withdrawal before the deadline lapses.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must return to you all payments that we received from you, including costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from you choosing a type of delivery other than the lower-priced standard delivery type offered by us) without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days after the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction for this refund. You will not be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the returned goods. 
You must return or give back the goods to us without undue delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been observed if the goods are sent before the fourteen-day deadline lapses. You have to pay for any possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss in value is due to an unnecessary extent of inspection of the texture, properties and functioning of the goods. 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

    • Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and the manufacture of which is based on an individual choice or destination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
