Registration

Is shopping in the KAUFMANN online store only possible with registration?

Yes, shopping in our online store is only possible with registration of a customer account. By opening a customer account, you have the advantage that the billing and shipping information is saved for future orders. In addition, you can track all orders placed in your customer account.
How can I change my user data?

Under the menu item "Personal profile" in your customer account you have the possibility to change name and email address. Under "Addresses" you can change the delivery address for future orders. The password can be changed via the "Forgot password" function.
I have forgotten my password.

In case of losing your password, please click on "My account" and then on "I am already a customer". Below the "Password" field, click on the "Forgot your password" link. You will then be taken to a new page where you will enter your email address. You will then immediately receive an e-mail from us with a confirmation link. After clicking this link, you will be taken to a page where you can set a new password.

Order

How do I change/cancel an order I have already placed?

Our goal is that you receive your ordered goods as soon as possible. Orders received can therefore unfortunately only be changed or cancelled within a very short period of time before our shipping team gets the goods on their way to you immediately. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form, by email sales@kaufmann.de or by phone on weekdays between 10:00-12:15 & 13:00-16:00 by phone: +49 (0) 6108.6006-0. Where can I view my previous orders?

If you have registered a customer account in the KAUFMANN online store, you can view your order history there at any time. To do this, log in to your customer account via "My account".

Payment

What payment options are available in the store?

You have the option of paying by credit card, invoice, instant bank transfer, prepayment, cash on delivery or PayPal.

For payments, you will be redirected via a secure connection to the input mask of our payment provider Unzer GmbH during the ordering process.

For payments with PayPal, you will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can make the payment quickly and securely after logging into your PayPal account. Without an existing PayPal account, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.

Please note that due to your agreements with credit institutions or other institutions may incur additional costs for transfers, account management, etc. for you.

What does secured invoice purchase mean?

We supply you with invoice. You can pay this conveniently within 8 days after receiving the goods. Secured invoice purchase is indicated because we have insured the invoice with our financial service provider Unzer.

Note that they are secured invoice purchase recipient account information.

How much are the shipping costs?

Within Germany we charge EUR 5.90 per order. From an order value of 100.00 Euro the shipping costs within Germany are waived.

Return

Is it possible to exchange the goods?

The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. We will gladly exchange your order for another size and color or for another item with the same or lower value of goods. In this case, the desired replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge within Germany. If an item is more expensive, please place a new order.

Please understand that we can not send replacement items that are delivered abroad free of charge.

Please let us know via the contact form or email to sales@kaufmann.de which item you would like to receive as a replacement and we will reserve it until we receive your return, subject to availability. To return an item, please simply use our returns service.

Please note that the return policy only applies to unworn and perfect items. As soon as you have inserted the bars and mounted the band, it is recognizable. An exchange is then no longer possible! A custom made band is excluded from exchange.

How can I complain about goods?

Your item is defective, damaged or faulty? We are sorry. In case of a complaint, please inform us about the defect via the contact form or email to sales@kaufmann.de. This will allow us to make an initial assessment and discuss how to proceed. To simplify and speed up the processing, please have your order number and/or customer number ready.

Please understand that we can only accept complaints that were purchased in the KAUFMANN online store. For KAUFMANN items purchased in stores, please contact the respective retailer.

What does a return shipment for exchange, revocation or complaint cost?

What are quick change bars?

They are spring bars that we pre-mount in the band, allowing you to change the band on a small pin with virtually no tools.
Are the folding clasps included in the price of the folding clasp straps?

You can order the folding clasps separately, in addition to your band.
Are the watch bracelets supplied with spring bars for changing the bracelet?

The spring bar tool is not included in the delivery. You can find it under the heading "Accessories" - Spring bar tool.
How can I see what color the folding clasp is and whether it is single or double?

Our folding clasps are available in the following colors: stainless steel, stainless steel PVD black, stainless steel rosé, stainless steel gold plated.You can also see these very well on the pictures. The folding clasps are two-winged.
What does bandwidth such as 20/18 mean?

The first number stands for the width at the lug of the watch. The second number stands for the width at the clasp area. So the strap in the example has a width of 20 cm at the lug and runs to 18 cm in the clasp area. This applies to both the long and the short strap.
